We do not make anything until you tell us it looks like them.
Your proof arrives by email. If something is off, tell us and we adjust it. Approve it and we go to production.
Step by step
From your photo to something worth keeping
1. Pick your keepsake
Choose the format that fits. Each product page covers the material, the size and the quantity options.
2. Upload your photo
A clear, well lit photo gives us the most to work with. You are giving us permission to use it to create your keepsake. Nothing else. Read the image guidelines before you upload.
3. We create your proof
Our AI engine generates an original illustration or portrait from your photo. A person reviews it before it reaches you. Then we send you a preview of your actual keepsake design to approve.
4. We make it and ship it
Once approved, your keepsake goes into production and ships to your door. Shipping and production times carries the current window for each item.
Choose a format
The same process, whichever one you pick
- Ceramic ornament. A small keepsake for the tree, or for any hook worth hanging it on.
- Portrait on canvas. Their portrait printed on real artist canvas, ready to hang.
- Portrait upgrades. Add another pet or a signature background to your portrait.
Image guidelines
What makes a good source photo
None of this has to be perfect. A phone photo in good light is usually plenty.
Helps
- Good natural light, ideally near a window or outdoors in shade.
- One subject per picture.
- Facing forward when possible, with both eyes visible.
- The subject filling a good share of the picture.
- The original photo straight from your camera roll.
Makes it harder
- Heavy shadow, strong backlight, or a very dark room.
- Blur, motion, or a photo taken from far away.
- Filters and heavy editing.
- A screenshot, or a photo of a photo on a screen.
- Faces partly hidden by hands, toys or furniture.
