Real words.
From real pet parents.

Overall a good experience. I ordered the 18x24 of Milo and the print quality is sharp with nice color. My only complaints are that the corner of the box was crushed on arrival (canvas was fine thankfully) and the first proof had his collar color wrong. They fixed it quickly once I pointed it out. I'd buy again but I'd double check the proof carefully.

Great quality, great price, great service. Easy five stars.

This is the third one I've ordered. Consistent quality every time.

So cute. Already ordered a second one.

Pretty cute. One ear looks a little off.

Gave this to my boyfriend for our anniversary with both of our dogs on it. He said it's the best gift he's ever gotten.

Fast turnaround, about 8 days from order to doorstep. Peanut looks fantastic.

I've framed a lot of art in my house and this canvas holds its own next to pieces that cost five times more. The stretcher bars are solid wood, the corners are tight, and the print is sharp edge to edge. Teddy is the star of the living room now.

Looks like a cheap phone filter printed on canvas. Not worth it.

Decent for a novelty gift.

Wow. Just wow.

Print is grainy and the colors are off. Expected better for the price.

Hung it in my office and my coworkers keep asking about it.

Exactly what I hoped for. Thank you!

My daughter picked the outfit for Stella and squealed when it arrived. Great quality for the price.

Good, not perfect. Close enough.

Solid gift. Recipient was thrilled.

The Bengal markings are perfect. Even my vet commented on it when she saw the photo.

Came out well. The proof process took a couple of back-and-forths to get Ollie's collar right, but they were patient.

The print is sharp and Gus looks great, but the canvas had a faint scuff near the bottom edge. Not visible from a distance.

Took a while to get the proof back (about 5 days) but once it was approved shipping was fast. Winston looks adorable.

Just okay.

Great gift idea. My mom cried.

Gus approved 🐾

Quick, easy, and Nala looks awesome.

Love it, just wish shipping was faster.

The proof looked great but the final print came out much darker. Hard to make out Ollie's features in normal room lighting. Reached out twice before getting a reply.

We lost Nova in March and this portrait brought a lot of comfort. Thank you for being so gentle with the whole process.

Can't say enough good things. Whiskers looks noble and ridiculous at the same time, which is exactly his personality.

The proof they sent before printing was a nice touch. I asked them to brighten Finn's eyes a bit and they did it the same day.

Three dogs on one canvas and every one of them is recognizable. That's not easy. Great work.

Nice. A little pricey.

Love the matte finish, no glare at all. Max looks great from every angle.

Our Standard Poodle Bruno turned 10 this year and this was her birthday present (okay, it was for us). It came out fantastic.

Took almost three weeks to arrive and the email updates were sparse. The actual canvas is decent and Rosie looks cute, so I'm somewhere in the middle.

Sent a mediocre phone photo and they still made Tucker look stunning. Impressed.

Really happy with this purchase. A few notes for anyone on the fence: send the highest resolution photo you have, with good lighting on the face. I did that and Ziggy's portrait came out super sharp. The canvas is gallery wrapped so you don't need a frame. Customer service answered my email within a few hours. Overall great experience.

Adorable!

Obsessed. Hung it up the same day.

Nailed it.

Very pleased with how Duke turned out. The hanging hardware on the back felt a little cheap so I swapped it out, but that's minor.

Nice quality overall. The frame on the portrait print is thinner than I imagined from the photos.

Average. Looks like a filter.

10/10 would recommend

Exceeded expectations.

Showed up a month late. Missed the birthday entirely.

The canvas is fine but the costume overlay looks pasted on. Expected a bit more blending. Kids like it though.

Disappointed. The face looks nothing like Ziggy.

Quality is top notch. I run a small design studio so I'm picky about print quality and this passed easily. No banding, no pixelation, color is accurate. The Domestic Shorthair coat texture is rendered really well. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Turned out great, thanks!

Cute! Wish it was a little bigger.

Buddy looks great. Box was a bit beat up.

This was a Christmas gift for my wife and I ordered it in early December, a little nervous about timing. It shipped in 6 days and arrived with plenty of time. Whiskers looks like a Renaissance painting. She loved it so much she's already picked out a spot for a second one of our cat.

Wrong size shipped and they wanted me to pay return shipping. No thanks.

The portrait is fine but the coat looks blurry compared to the photo I sent. Customer service was friendly and offered a partial refund, which I appreciated.

Perfect. Maggie looks amazing.

Molly's face is a little blurry but the rest is fine.

Chef's kiss. Binx has never looked better.

Pretty much what I expected. The Pembroke Welsh Corgi markings are accurate and the canvas is decent. Would've liked a matte finish option.

Really lovely portrait of Salem. The artist got her sweet expression just right. I'm giving four stars because the canvas is a little thinner than I expected for the price and the stretcher bars show slightly through the front in bright light. If you're hanging it somewhere without direct sun you'll never notice.

Fine for the price.

Fast, friendly, and the canvas looks like it belongs in a gallery. Thank you!

Ordered Monday, proof Tuesday, shipped Thursday, here Saturday. Can't beat that.

So good. Ordering more.

Solid canvas and crisp print. Sadie's ears are cropped a bit close to the edge, which I didn't notice in the proof. Still happy with it.

I was nervous since Biscuit is a French Bulldog and has a lot of detail in her coat, but they nailed it. Really impressed.

Honestly didn't expect much for the price but this is legit. Bear looks regal. The wrap around the edges is clean.

Frame arrived cracked. Refund took over two weeks.

Really nice. Shipping was slow though.

Leo looks like a little general. Love it.

Good quality. Slightly darker than the preview.

Arrived with a dent in the canvas. Replacement took 3 weeks.

Packaging was excellent, no dings or dents. The print is crisp and the canvas is thicker than I expected.

Looks like Remy but kind of flat.

It's okay. Colors a bit washed out.

Ordered in plenty of time for a birthday and it showed up 10 days late with no tracking updates. The portrait of Piper is just okay. Wouldn't order again for a gift.

Not a fan. Looks nothing like the preview.

Great print, frame edge is a little rough on one corner.

Bought this as a housewarming gift and it was the hit of the party. Everyone wanted to know where I got it.

I've bought pet portraits from two other companies and this is easily the best. The detail on Moose's face is incredible, the colors match her actual coat, and the canvas itself is heavy and well built. Shipping took a little over a week and it came wrapped in bubble wrap inside a sturdy box. I'll be ordering again for our other dog.

Came out great, fast shipping.

Happy with it overall.

This was a memorial piece for Gus and they were so kind throughout. The portrait is beautiful and her spirit really comes through.

Looks good, would order again.

Decent but not what I expected from the listing.

Canvas was bent and the print has a visible line through it. Still waiting on a response.

Got the 16x20 and it's the perfect size for above the couch. Koda's face is so detailed you can see her whiskers.

Looks great from a few feet away. Up close you can tell it's a digital print rather than painted, which I kind of expected. Still a nice piece.

The Russian Blue fur texture came out kind of smudgy around the ears. Everything else is fine. I probably should have sent a sharper photo.

Better than the photo I sent lol

I ordered this for my grandmother who recently had to rehome her Border Collie, Koda, after moving into assisted living. When she opened it she just held it for a while without saying anything. The artist captured her expression perfectly. This is one of the most thoughtful gifts I've ever been able to give and I'm so grateful.

The portrait itself is beautiful and Oscar is instantly recognizable. Only knocking a star because it arrived about a week past the estimated date.

A+ quality and great customer service.

My husband laughed out loud when he opened it. Scout in a little royal outfit is now the best thing in our house.

Meh. Family likes it more than I do.

Mixed feelings on this one. The canvas and print quality are good, and I like the overall look. But Chloe has a very distinctive white patch on his chest and it got mostly lost in the costume overlay. I emailed about it and they offered a reprint for a fee, which I didn't take. It's a nice decoration but it doesn't feel like it fully captures his.

I had a low-light photo of Biscuit and they still managed to pull out all the detail. Pleasantly surprised.

Our Louie is a rescue Miniature Schnauzer with a scar over one eye and I was worried they'd smooth it out or miss it. They kept every bit of his character in the portrait. It hangs in our hallway now and I smile every time I walk past it. Worth every penny.

Nice canvas, took 2+ weeks to arrive.

Not bad, not great. The listing photos look hand painted and this is clearly a filtered print. My kids still love seeing Hazel on the wall so it's staying.
