Who we are. Sweetum sells personalised art made from photographs you provide.
Your photo, your rights. You keep every right to the photograph you upload. By uploading, you give us permission to use it for the sole purpose of creating and fulfilling your order. You confirm the photo is yours to use.
We do not use your photo to advertise without asking. If we would like to feature your piece, we will ask you first, every time. Silence is not permission.
How the artwork is made. Your piece is created using AI image generation, guided and reviewed by a human before anything is printed. No order ships without a person looking at it.
What we will not print. We decline orders involving people or animals you do not have the right to depict, third-party characters, logos or trademarks, and anything unlawful or hateful. If we decline, you are refunded in full.
No claims about your pet's health. Nothing we sell is a medical or veterinary product, and we make no health claims of any kind.
Pricing and availability. Prices are shown in USD and may change. If a price is listed in error, we will contact you before charging you.
Limitation. Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
Approval and what it means. We show you a proof and you accept it before anything is printed. Your acceptance records the exact artwork you approved. After that point we make the piece to match it, and the order cannot be cancelled for a change of mind about the design — see our refund policy for the defects we always fix.
If we cannot fill your order. We may decline or cancel any order — for example if the photo cannot produce a usable result, if moderation declines it, or if a product becomes unavailable. If we do, you are refunded in full and charged nothing.
No warranty beyond what is written. Beyond the promises in these terms and our refund policy, the products are provided as they are. Nothing here limits any right you have under the consumer law where you live.
